The experience of preparing fresh pasta is made in a farmhouse situated on the first hills of Parma.<\/strong> Starting early in the morning you can include a visit to the imposing <strong>Castle of Torrechiara<\/strong>, nestled in the center of a vast wine-growing area, continue with a visit to a <strong>winery<\/strong> to learn about local wines and finish with a <strong>pasta cooking class<\/strong>, preparing <strong>different types of traditional fresh pasta<\/strong>.
