After the visit it is possible to purchase genuine products at the Cheese Factory retail shop.
At the end of the visit transfer on the hills of Parma to visit one of the plants where the inimitable Prosciutto di Parma (Parma Ham) is produced.
Stop on the way at the foot of the castle of Torrechiara to take some pictures from the outside. View of the castle and the medieval hamlet of Torrechiara.
Visit to a Parma Ham Plant followed by tasting and opportunity of purchasing local products at the end of the visit.
End of service after the Parma Ham Plant visit (short tour), or departure for a Winery in the Parma Hills area for lunch / wine and local products tasting (half day tour).
Having available a full day, the itinerary may continue in the afternoon with the visit to a Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Producer in the Reggio Emilia or Modena area or the visit to a producer of Culatello di Zibello PDO (full day tour).
